Before you start cooking say ‘Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem’ to call on Allah SWT. While you are cooking recite salawat on our last Prophet, our beloved Sayyidina Muhammad SAW.

Our food is a blessing from our Lord, Allah SWT. For every bite of food you take to put in your mouth Allah sends over 300 angels that come and assist us to digest it. Honor the bounty that Allah SWT blesses us with and honour the angels He sends to us by cooking with ablution and with love.
